I’m not sure if it’s all chapter specific (I know koi koi are) or just random luck. However, your profile shows as you already got that trophy. I got mine after the secret weapon (freeroam Chapter 7) was revealed and the last call that made it pop was from Sakura's Koi Koi Tournament announcement.
