Collectibles Question

Hey, just finished my first playthrough of the game, I didn’t get all collectibles in the playthrough. Since there is NG+, can I get all collectibles that I missed there and still get trophy? Or do I have to get all collectibles again? Thank you in advance.

As I understand it, you only need to pick up what you missed. All collectables will reappear to be picked up again, but ones you've previously picked up will have a check mark next to them before you pick them up, to identify it as already obtained.

Since you're going for a New Game +, it’s worth switching on the Collectibles Tracker in the Settings menu. This allows you to keep track of which collectibles you’ve found in previous runs, so you know which ones you need in order to unlock that platinum

You can also use chapter select on a new save and collect what you missed then leave, saves a lot of time.

This also works for journal entries?
