(This one guy seriously told me that I'm not a "true" hunter because I didn't 100% Uncharted 3.)

 

Yeah, some people like boasting about trophies. They are all haters, you don't need to pay attention. As long as you platted it, you're alright. Most people are not completionists anyway.
