Green Bat Seed Version 1.04?

Green bats should be entirely RNG, one should have a very low chance to take the spot of a common bat. It may help a seed that has lots of bats at the start, although I don't know which specific seed has that.

I played over 50 hours so far and I got 1 green bat (during Cadence, but any char should have the same chance to get it except for Aria/Bolt/Coda who I think should never get one), if you plan to invest a lot of time in the game then you will definitely get 3 naturally. I think that grinding specifically for this trophy when you still need a lot of playtime for anything else is a terrible and unrecommended idea. After you kill 3, you are probably going to kill even more as escaping may not be an option.

I don't quite think you understand me. Basically I don't want to mess up in an actual green bat encounter hence I want to unlock it in beast master and practice fighting it first. A way to do this is to defeat a green bat in seeded mode. I have version 1.04 of the game and was asking if anyone has a seed with a green bat in it. You can't get the trophy in seeded mode, nor do I plan on going out of my way for the trophy. I just want to be prepared for any potential green bat encounters. To minimise the effort.

I had no idea the green bat is available in beast master though.

Well, I don't think any seed exists for them, good luck to find one. If you have killed plenty of red/black bats I think you can also deal with a green one anyway, if the scenario isn't a horrible one.

That is unfortunately not true. I got 2/3 of my Green Bats as Aria, and Coda has plenty of them as well... ? 

 

But yeah I don't think practice is necessary. Even if you die to the first one you encounter (which you shouldn't if you play it safe), you'll have encountered plenty by the time you are done with the game. I have played about 70 hours so far and already got the trophy.

No, it should be the same. I tried it on the vanilla version of the game.

Are you running the vanilla version of the game(the base game without the DLC) ? and make sure the selected character is Cadence

 

Edit: I checked your trophy list and one of the trophies you have unlocked is from the DLC so I assume you have the DLC installed.

 

The seeds are different in case DLC is installed or not and the version still says v1.04 on PS4 for both cases

That comment on reddit is from 5 years ago. The game wasn't even out on PS4 yet. 

 

You can earn certain trophies in seeded mode, as stated in the trophy guide. You can also unlock new characters by completing all zones in seeded mode, or even easier, by completing the game in local coop using Bard as one of the characters, which makes unlocking everything very easy. 

 

You cannot, however, unlock All-zone completion trophies, Green Bat kills, etc... in seeded mode.

Green bat kills only count in a non-seeded all zones mode, every character can encounter a green bat. Amplified increases the green bat chance from 0.25% to 0.50%, Daily challenges are a good way to get a guaranteed green bat as everyone has the same dungeon, luck does work on the green bat so as long as you have luck the chance of getting hit is low. Good Luck!
