I'm not exactly sure which daily challenge you're talking about, but if you go to youtube and search "Rayman Legends daily challenge" and filter it for the last 24 hours, you should be able to find footage of someone getting a diamond cup.

It's the normal daily challenge in the Neverending Pit on the Vita. I'll give that a shot and see what I come up with. Thanks!

Lol no chance for diamond as long as @Arkiokinand @AdruA_are still playing every day, nobody else will ever achieve diamond. Unless it's glitched of course

I'm sincerely gave up getting a diamond cup legit because of players like them... I'm happily accepting my silver and sometimes gold cup and waiting for the next glitch hoping is an "easy" one. Still have some months to go anyway

I was about to post something similar to you this morning. I've been trying to get the diamond cup all day but I think I will stay third in the world, the closest I have ever been to diamond... To think the second place would be only one hundredth of a second away. Also, no clue how @Eozvar got that time. Impressive.

I guess we will have to wait for those legendary glitched challenges!

Don't spread misinformations : I never gained any diamond cup on a speed pit challenge on more than 5 years, even in times where there were more than 20 diamond a challenge (more than that I never never play this type of challenge since at least 4 years ago), and more generally, I almost never gained a diamond cup outside "long runs" challenges on Vita, and more than that I don't play anymore each distance challenge since several years (for example I perhaps played only 20 distance pits challenge in 2 years, I don't even play half of murfy's challenges etc...). Well, there are many other specialists of all around challenges than me, which play each time and could gain diamonds but it's not me, and it's not enough AdruA also. At least, we have helped a lot of players to gain their diamond (at least for players who really want to make some efforts for that) look more carefully...

Maybe I should have written people like you, which are experts in this game. It's just that you two are the only ones I know that are also active on this site.

I also didn't mean to offend you. You guys mastered this game and I respect that.

Wait...

You guys kinda state that because of me & Arkiokin it gets impossible to get a diamond cup?

First of all, on that challenge (& any pit speed really) we both dont go 'hard' or anything because others get the diamond anyway, so, whatever score I set is a casual 'i gonna play 5 minutes & see whatever happens', besides by doing a fast strategy I basically immediately show down to the rest 'look, this is a score I can do without trouble, so the diamond cup is definitely gonna be better than this', therefore I kinda make anybody that doesn't know this game that well to stop caring with it (imagine playing 3 hours just to lose that diamond cup because a pro snatches it away at 1h before the challenge resets... That feels way more sour doesnt it?'

Secondly, I try to let everyone know whenever an opportunity arises, through here, through psn, anybody that asked me to look out for it, i contact at the moment I see it pop up

Thirdly, we even sometimes do challenges like dojo/tower distance where we would stop at certain noticeable points (2000, 2222, 2240,00m,...) just to show 'hey, if you share that same score, we all get diamond', the only thing is that u would need to learn to play these challenges to get there, nonetheless its profitable to learn them since they just end up in a repeatable pattern instead of 'speeds' being always different so they are way harder to learn since u need to have more technical knowledge, and yeah i get ya, pit speed looks pretty easy, just 'fall as long as you can & avoid obstacles' but to get the sweet spots on where u glide or not, is honestly about perfect execution, doing 9" might be easy, but doing 8"95 can be a really different story on how to play

And lastly, i like this game, i have equally amounts of fun playing rayman as i do with trophyhunting, so why would I stop that?

I hope y'all see that we definitely don't do it to be a pain in ur butt, we just enjoy playing this game, we enjoy getting better, & on the other hand, we provide as much information as possible -be it strategies or diamondable challenges- to balance things out, seems a fair deal to me, isnt it?

He flopped on the vine before the bumper, then kicked & ceiling groundpound to land at the gate, onto that gate he gatedashed to left, fell into that bump at the windy part

& Thats all i remember about it, though even if you might have been only 0"10 slower... You can probably see there is alot of 'knowledge' needed to get a strategy that only improves it a little bit, because im quite sure u have no idea what i tried to explain

I watched some videos so I get what you are talking about. I figured he might have done a ceiling groundpound, but I didn't think of gatedashing. It makes sense, though

Anyway, I like speed challenges so I'll keep trying for fun if I have time again. Thank you for the explanation!

Yeah if he does his ceiling gp at the perfect moment, he'd fall to the utter right end of the gate (so without touching the edges bumping you everywhere), making gatedashing to the left pretty doable (its still hard to 'know the moment' though)

On the other hand, I've seen Miku doing 2040,00m on the tower WEC, an obvious 'hey i stopped at a platform setting me at exact xxx0,00m so you can also stop there & share the 1st place = share the diamond cup'

I dunno if he did it on purpose (because last time I did the same & he went over it) but as long as you all practice & end up there, then the diamond is doable to get (however, zxmulv08 doesnt care, so he could go over by the end of it)

Also, if anyone needs any help on any sort of challenge, even if it's just to get golds, i can upload videos regularly & explain what you should when & why & how, just contact me through psn or discord & i'll gladly help out if i can
