Save file - ghost recordings

So i was checking my save file to upload it to the cloud and noticed that there are a lot of ghost recording files, all around 4mb each.

 

I have currently 69 ghost recording save files, 2 profile ones and 2 career

 

is there an option ingame to turn off saving ghost recordings, i don't even know where they come from

 

All i know is that the save file will get bigger and bigger and these keep on saving

 

Is it save to delete those?

I went to upload saves clicked upload all without looking then I saw them all I was like WTF lol, I would think we can delete them as they are just ghosts but ill wait until i get the platinum just in case.
