I found that I had loads of chips from all the gambling in the purgatory casino - 89,000. Just play the expert level AI, set the wager to 200 and turn of junk modifier in the settings. I made $1 million in 3 minutes by exchanging the points I won for diamond plates, and then selling the diamond plates to the Ebisu Pawn Shop. So it is quite long way to get money, aspecially that you have to get so much.... I hate this game because this grind. In Yakuza 0 it was so much easier... Now lay the controller on its edge so you're constantly in motion and walking. Go to sleep and wake up the next morning with 5-8 million in your bank. Repeat as much as necessary.
