Nice to see a game of this popularity making its way to Playstation, but I can't say it is likely to work for me, given the requirement for voice chat and a large group of gaming friends all online at the same time. On the side the announcement of this port at this time feels like trying to juice the last little drop of milk out of your dying cow right under her last breath.
