EA has shut down the servers for Fuse recently and now expanded the amount of Servers for Battlefield 4 because many are playing it again after the announcement of the next Battlefield. I had the same issue a few months back when I first started bf3. Me too dude, im tryed to play co-op with a brazilian friend, but the co-op screen nevers load, damn i guess i will never have the trohpies now...
