How to earn There can Be Only One and maybe True Nektar

I got the True Nektar trophy before completing the run with Obsidian Shell. In this case, I completed:

 

2x with tiel

1x with Harros

1x with Solomon

1x with Eredrim

1 x with Hadern

1x with Foundling.

 

This way, I got the seven seeds without first completing Obsidian Shell. Can you confirm if this is possible or was it a bug?

Thank you for you and the others who are putting in the work on this. The Seed system is great to have as it means people going for this stuff shouldn't have to rely on chance to do these things.
