You can do it all on easy, apparently, and all it's really asking you to do is 100% the game. Granted, I don't know how generous they are with coins and potions and enemies, so missing one of those trophies by just a few would be annoying, but nothing looks like grinding for the sake of grinding. Anyway, does this play like Trine? Where your character splits into different abilities? I'm interested just from the list. Edit: it's already up to wishlist on the store, and the video shows that it's not like Trine but more like a twin stick shooter with platforming, I guess. Wasn't much of a grind, only needed to grind kills for the 2000, got the plat in less than 5 hours.
