If you're a fighting game god who knows exactly what they're doing, then 1-2 days is absolutely doable but for the average gamer who sucks at this type of game, you can forget it and expect to take a heck of a lot longer than that.

Seems fishy to me, but it doesn't look like a simple "save file platinum hack". The trophies were correctly popped in the order they should have been, but in some areas, it looks to me like the person either is a God of DoA or had separate consoles running the online grind and played on a different console at the same time. Otherwise, I don't think it's possible to do the game in less than a day.
