Trails in the Sky may get a re-release on modern platforms

Nihon Falcom is aware of the "high demand" for older Trails games and consider to release them on modern console platforms. Although nothing specific was announced during their investor meeting, it is a promising news that we might get to play the Trails in the sky trilogy on PS5 - as some sort of port/remake/remaster.

I hope this also means a release in the west. I would gladly pay them full price for a one-disc-version of the trilogy.

Yes please! I need more Trails in my life
They managed to port from Zero and to Azure, it only makes sense to also port the earlier games 👌 (I wouldn't mind a port of older Y's games either 🤞)

The Sky games are the only Trails games left I haven't played at this point. I'm all for it.

A 3-game trilogy pack would be worth $70 easily. Go for it Falcom.

 

Falcom should also give some of their "lost gems" another chance like Brandish (a remaster of their The Dark Revenant remake from the PSP sounds good).
