I tried using all my current mods completed a full run and the trophy was still at 0, I then deleted the game and tried again and still at 0 so something is broken for me at least. Alex_R-13 Posted January 19 Share Posted January 19 I also had the counter stuck at 25/26. After some time, it unlocked after I completed a mystery encounter that also had various other mods. I enabled Mystery Encounter, Decreased Enemy Health and Melee Gives Health. My first encounter was a Mystery one, I cleared it and pop. Hopefully that helps!
