DaevyJones
For trophies 25 hunters retired 5 lv 50 hunters in roster 100 headshots Hey Guys Could that be a viable boosting strategy for xp grind? 2 teams of 2 (at least, better teams of 3) find each other in a match and kill/revive each other as long as possible. Equip all medical perks for maximum efficiency and heal over the limit. Revive netting 100 exp Killing a hunter netting Tier 1, 100 exp Tier 2, 500 Tier 3, 1000 (not 100% sure on the tiers, found it online)
BrandedBerserk
Waste of time trying to boost this as it would be quite the headache. You're better off finding a team and just playing naturally. The only trophy you would need to boost is getting a kill with a thrown hammer.
NamoPh
You can't endlessly revive a character because with every down a healthbar is permanently-ish lost, and when at the last health bar the next down is a death, what is referred to as redskulled. Now, you can endlessly revive a redskulled character if the one doing the reviving is carrying a bounty token, but that character will no longer yield kill exp after the first redskull. DaevyJones
Ah, I just consulted the guide again. I remembered wrong, I thought that there is a perk that lets you regain a lost healthbar but nevermind.
JFKing
It would be next to impossible for 2 two-man teams to get into the same lobby. Your MMR will be different. Even if you're at the same star level, it could be such a difference that it is impossible to get into the same lobby. It is hard enough managing two player's MMR so you can play with your cross-platform friends. I couldn't imagine managing four players or trying to coordinate your group MMR. For the 100 headshots, you can probably boost it in quickplay while you work towards your 250 rifts. It would be much easier, less of a headache, and quicker to just develop your skills with a good rifle to get the 100 headshots naturally while you work on everything else.
DaevyJones
New update with the latest patch: (while the event is active) The Headshots can now be boosted with only 2 Persons. Requirements are: - Necromancer and Packmule traits - at a supply point collect the "Lawfull pact" trait -> it allows for a lost health chunk to be restored upon looting a hunter (can be collected from the same supply point by both players [is confirmed]) - (optional but recommended) silenced weapons Now go to a remote location and -> headshot - loot - get shot - self-revive - repeat <- each other until the trophy pops (should take between 1 and 3 matches depending on the amount of prior Headshots and timer of the mission) it should net 1 Headshot every 20 to 30 seconds for each player With the new rework of retiring a hunter (from Lv 25 to 50) the exp boosting can be done the same way (i would think the exp from killing a hunter is still the same as stated in the original post). Therefore I think that for a LV 1 Hunter to get to LV 50, a Tier 3 Hunter has to be killed about 20 times (more or less depending if its done by headshots or not) Edited March 11 by DaevyJones
ASleepyGerbil
Dev update regarding the kill farming: Attention Hunters, Following the launch of Update 1.16 and the Desolation's Wake event, it's come to our attention that the Peacekeeper trait has been used in ways that contradict the spirit of fair play. Specifically, some players have been exploiting this feature to artificially boost their statistics and progression. These actions are against our Terms of Service and will not be tolerated. Those found to be exploiting the game will face temporary suspensions, and any illegitimately gained statistics, items, or other benefits will be revoked. However, all Deaths recorded during this period will remain on your account. We're committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all our players. PL_Tomasz_G
That happen when the devs changes the requirements for trophies lol. 3 weeks before the shutdown u need now 25 hunters with rank 50 instead of rank 25 to retire So Crytek its self-explanatory why this happened.
