Teh_DDgamez Posted March 12 Share Posted March 12 Yeah i can confirm, i have 17/18 too and just to add a bit of context (the game it's an amazing cult classic and i higly reccomend all 3 with all my heart 😂 but the support by the developers in the years...) this bug was in the vanilla version of the game from the very start 15 years ago and afaik there was never a version of the game where the npc worked properly (the usb offer upgrades in the game so even without trophies you probably want them anyway) every guide you'll find on google/steam/youtube/whatever mentions this bug in the base game, they have received thousands upon thousands of report over 15 years for sure, it's one of the most well known bugs yet the developers deliberately made a trophy for them all? I don't know what to think about this honestly. Very strange? I also wouldn't hold my breath (you know they add 15 years🤣) maybe when there is mod support if they don't disable trophies like on most games. The unobtainable usb it's the one from the npc Drifter in Cordon(the second map/zone), he should give you a stash location after you save him in a quest from another npc (Wolf) but he never does without mods/fan patch. 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
xptgt Posted March 12 Share Posted March 12 (edited) I wouldn't say it's unobtainable but rather problematic. It generally depends on the sequence of events. As far as I remember, it worked on vanilla (1.5.10 version for sure). The drill was you couldn't accept reward from Wolf for escorting the Drifter. To be safe, don't even try to interact with him. Once you found Sidorovich's chest do not return it and go straight to the Drifter. He's alive and you can receive information about the stash. As a few here pointed out already, this is a known bug for 15 yrs now. And it's likely not a minor one either, or it would've been fixed ages ago. Such a shame... Still worth the play, I'd say. Never could've imagined this would ever become available on ps. I hope that maybe it can help them with fixing that in PS4 version too. Eventually, I will send an email with that small fix. They sometimes ask to send problems with their games via email.
