Nintendo should be the ones suing Phillips for those god awful CDi Nintendo games..

Except that happened because of a deal Nintendo struck with Phillips for the CDi, after they shafted Sony ( And gave birth to the PS1 ). See, those games were the result of Nintendo's deal with Phillips after they backed out of their agreement ( http://www.1up.com/features/15-years-cd-i?pager.offset=1 )

Seems like Nintendo can't win

Not like Nintendo didn't make crappy Mario games on their own.

I remember me and my buddy renting this from Blockbuster and were so excited to play it. I was sleeping over at his house and then we popped this game in and our distaste was quite large. We played for about 15 minutes before taking it out and popping in Super Mario World again :(

Yeah when you are used to games like Mario 3 and Super Mario World and then you get that...it was a little disappointing :)

It was like being a MK fan and playing Sub Zero Mythologies on the 64
