RHGSniperFox
Nintendo should be the ones suing Phillips for those god awful CDi Nintendo games.. Except that happened because of a deal Nintendo struck with Phillips for the CDi, after they shafted Sony ( And gave birth to the PS1 ). See, those games were the result of Nintendo's deal with Phillips after they backed out of their agreement ( http://www.1up.com/features/15-years-cd-i?pager.offset=1 ) Edited May 17, 2014 by VicFox

Dr_Mayus
Seems like Nintendo can't win Not like Nintendo didn't make crappy Mario games on their own. I remember me and my buddy renting this from Blockbuster and were so excited to play it. I was sleeping over at his house and then we popped this game in and our distaste was quite large. We played for about 15 minutes before taking it out and popping in Super Mario World again
dodgedoors
To Parker, Yes I think nintendo has to give 8 dollars per 3ds sold to the company that won. Doesn't sound like a lot but so far i think its over 240 mil.
Carville87
This might be the excuse Nintendo need to kill off the Wii U and start a new console

Lady Lilith
I wanted that game so bad because it was advertised as an actual Luigi game with Gamecube level graphics. Needless to say, I was very angry at the blatant false advertising in that catalog I got in grade school.
