How to delete trophies on the system itself

I'm not logged into an account I don't think. I tried the system restor.e format it but they still say they're on the system stillHow can I delete that specific account then and create a new one l? Thanks

The external memory card needs to be formatted as well

The Vita only allows for 1 single account at a time, without a restore to factory spec (that's 1 of the system restore options, not sure what's named), the Vita will not even allow you to login if I'm not wrong.

 

You need the current parental control password to do this kind of reset (not sure if you need it to use the other reset/format options).

 

After a factory reset, it will restart itself and put you back at the selection of language, time, internet connection setup and psn id login.

The trophies shouldn't sync to your account either way, since they were earned on his. Similarly to how trophies don't sync to every account registered on a PS3/PS4, only the one that actually played the game.

 

Still, you should format the memory card to start using your own account.
