ZachBoardyHD
I Bought a PS Vita from my friend at work and he said he reset it. When I logged in the trophies were still on the system. How do I get rid of these because I don't want to sign into my psn account for them to sync. Thankyou

Goekie
Can this be done on the PS3? Format? Yes Settings, system settings, restore this system If you're selling, don't forget to deactivate your psn on the system
The Chosen Undead
Can this be done on the PS3? Yes, it can. Ninja'd Seriously though the PS3 I bought had some other guy's data and trophies on it, including his email address and save datas. I erased it all, so you can too with yours. hpknight
Can this be done on the PS3? Yes. Trophies won't save to your profile if you format, but only if you haven't synced the trophies with your account. Han_the_Dragon
The Vita only allows for 1 single account at a time, without a restore to factory spec (that's 1 of the system restore options, not sure what's named), the Vita will not even allow you to login if I'm not wrong. You need the current parental control password to do this kind of reset (not sure if you need it to use the other reset/format options). After a factory reset, it will restart itself and put you back at the selection of language, time, internet connection setup and psn id login. Satoshi Ookami
I'm not sure if it actually matters... Even if they are on the system, they shouldn't sync if you log with a new account.
Xillia
The trophies shouldn't sync to your account either way, since they were earned on his. Similarly to how trophies don't sync to every account registered on a PS3/PS4, only the one that actually played the game. Still, you should format the memory card to start using your own account.
