Has this game's DLC been stealthily delisted?

I tried searching for No More Heroes: Heroes Paradise DLC in the US web store, the PS3 store, and my download list, but I can't find it anywhere.

 

I no longer have the game, so I can't check the in game link to buy the DLC. Can someone with the game check and see if the in game link still works?

Pretty sure all dlc forno more heroes were unlock keys and costumes - I'll for the dlc sine since I did buy the character gallery

Well this sucks - just checked the store and no results are found - tried in game and list 0 items found

If it was, it's not like they were that big a deal. A character viewer, a couple of bike skins, and I think an extra couple of beam katanas that were okay. No extra missions or anything that would make the plat any easier to get.
