Prototype 2 (PS4) not appearing on my Psnprofiles

Hy everyone,

 

I'm experiencing a little problem while synchronising my trophies on PSNProfiles : my trophies of Prototype 2 (PS4 Version) are not showing themselves.

I've checked these things :

- My trophies are viewable by anyone;

- My Prototype 2 (PS4) is not in my "Hide this game" list;

 

I was wondering if anyone encountered the same problem, and if there was any solution ? Is this a know issue ?

Is this linked to the fact that I already have a Prototype 2 in my list (From PS3 Version) ?

I know this isn't the case because I have the Prototype platinum on PS3 and PS4.

I have the same problem with "This War of Mine", Trophies are visible to everyone and they aren't hidden, yet they don't sync up with this or any trophy tracking site. Haven't found a solution myself yet.

 

So far I've tried:

 

• Hiding and unhiding the trophies after gaining a trophy in another game
• updating from another system (ps3 and vita)

 

Neither worked...

 

What I haven't tried yet:

 

• gaining a new trophy from the game in question (This War of Mine)
• deleting save file, re-downloading from cloud and trying to sync again after getting a new trophy
• reinstalling the game (this is what would make most sense)
• call Sony customer support, as this seems to be an issue with their server.

 

So maybe try the options I haven't, one might work.

Got same issue with a couple of not finished PS4 games, I tried same as Voodoo wrote above and not tried same
