What is this game? Typing it in google brings up little information, yet according to PSNP there are a little over 1,000 owners. Does anyone know anything about this game, more specifically where to purchase it?

Best bet would be PSN message some of the people on the recent trophy list. Lots of China/Hong Kong accounts so it may have had a VERY quiet release there, or the developers gave out access codes to limited number of people there, any number of things could have happened.

It doesn't seem to be on the Hong Kong store, despite all the HK accounts on the leaderboard. If it is, I couldn't find it, at least.

 

But it is on the mainland China psn store. The only problem is actually purchasing it from outside of Asia. I believe they mostly use Alipay over there, but I'm not sure how you'd go about setting that up.
