When I go to initiate a download of the software via the PS Store web version, it asks if I want to download it to Vita, PS3 or both platforms. Every Vita-game has the option to be downloaded to the PS3, as you can use the PS3 as a device to backup the content of the Vita-memorycard or a way to load new games onto your Vita via the Content Manager.
