Tip for I'm a Legend Trophy

FYI for the I'm a Legend trophy (Be equipped with only Legendary equipment). If you are having trouble finding a Legendary mount and don't want to complete all the Hippodrome races to win one, you can unlock a perk to get the Legendary mounts to show up at the stable vendor so that you can purchase them for 5000 gold.

 

There is a perk in the Seer tree called Backstore that will allow you to purchase rarer quality items from vendors. This applies to the stable vendor as well, and should guarantee the ability to buy a legendary mount. I unlocked this perk and had legendary mounts available at the first vendor I checked, where previously that vendor only had Normal and Rare mounts.

You can always unlock the perk, get the trophy, and then restore from a backup save if you want to recover your spent ability points and gold.

You must have the double slot for both Bows and Melee weapons as well and have two legendary bows and two legendary melee weapons.

I got impatient when I only needed one more legendary bows. So I went on the Ubisoft store and used the points they give you for completing random tasks to get my last legendary bow.

Thanks for the tip. I have plenty of money and ability points so I'd rather just buy a legendary mount instead of playing those awful races.

How about the items you craft like hidden blade, arrow quiver, tool pouch etc. Do they need to be fully upgraded as well for the trophy??

No. They're not needed.
