Diamond Cases

Just a question about the single player diamond cases. 

 

I have been using these maps to collect them all: https://guides.gamepressure.com/farcry2/guide.asp?ID=5869 and so far have come across 3 diamonds that are not present in my game. I left the northern territory with 379, but read that it should be 380...

 

Is it possible that I have some sort of glitch and will therefore not achieve the trophy at the end?

Looks like you missed one or two cases, no problem you can always come back and grab what's left. As long as you match the diamond counter on top left corner of the maps with diamond dots on the maps, you should be good to go. Couple diamond places are wrong in the guides (for me at least) and can be found in different locations. But always matches the counters.

I just collected the 1000 diamonds for the trophy, missions and cases both count together for it.
