They are the same they just shifted all the letters down one. As for how to get it the only thing that matters is completion speed which means it's back to scout rushing everything. Oh ok, I was finding it weird that I was getting A ranks in the demo. I thought I had to finish the missions in less than 3-4 turns (as I got a ranks for those).
