To get the Royal Demands, check Durrow's pigeon coop. Keep in mind 6 of them are needed to continue the story. You don't need to complete the Kings' Plea. That part is optional. Or do I need to also hunt smaller chests for them? Never mind figured it out, the answer is no. You basically need to do contracts from Azar to get more supplies.
