I just want to confirm, I just need to make sure my entire TEAM (any of the playable characters) survives, correct? Like, as long as they are loyal and I make the correct choices, I should be fine? The crew doesn't matter does it?

If memory serves if your team survives so will your crew because they are protecting the crew

wrong if you don't send squad member with the crew they'll die

just because you have your team survive doesn't make the crew survive unless you have some escort them.

I know the PS3 version, it's based on their loyalty, choices made during the mission but also their health stat. Mordin was notorious for dying regardless of loyalty/choices if he wasn't in your squad when you fight the Human Reaper because out of everyone he has the lowest health stat.

I'd assume that hasn't changed in the Legendary Edition

With the crew, I believe you can get the trophy with only Dr. Chakwas surviving as long as no one dies DURING the suicide mission. If they died because you took too long to get to the collectors, i think you are fine.

You do know part of the team surviving is telling them where to go and what to do which includes......escorting the crew

Their point was that you can have the entire team survive without having the entire crew survive, which contradicts what you said earlier. You seem to be mixing up crew and/or team in some of your posts, or when reading other people's posts.

 

If you don't send your team to escort your crew to safety, your team survives but your crew doesn't. You can also have your team survive but your crew die by doing extra side missions after the Reaper IFF story mission.

No I'm not mixing them up in all the runs I've done over the years the only time I've had crew die was when a team member I didn't have loyal died aswell. Now if something has changed or I've somehow been extremely lucky/ perfect in every run I've ever done then wow that's a first
