Deep Rock Galactic is free with PS Plus in 3 days time and that's a co-op focused shooter . Also, you can't go wrong with the Borderlands games (the Handsome Collection frequently goes on sale for £10 or less), plus there's a new entry due in a month or two .

Insurgency Sandstorm has been fun, aside from it's small glitches and crashes. Unfortunately as of right now it has 2 unobtainable trophies.

 

It's more of a tactical shooter than an arcade shooter like Battlefield and Call of Duty and has both online co-op and PvP modes. Some will say that it's meant to be played on PC, it's just fine as on consoles.

I might try borderlands since I got the collection with the ps+ sub
