Dead Weight
So they started broadcasting events today, apparently there are so many events that they had to start some of them before the opening ceremony tomorrow. So it's Male Single Figure Skating which is nice but not my cup of tea So which events are you guys and girls most interested in?
damon8r351
Mostly the skiing events. In any event, I'm kicked off the downstairs TV (which has the PS3 connected) and can only use the upstairs TV (which has the PS4), so my wife can watch the Olympics. I could theoretically move the PS3 upstairs, but ain't nobody got time fo' dat.
Sliq85
Hockey and Snowboarding mostly but i'll probably end up watching everything. Once every two years (Winte and Summer) I'm the Olympics bitch.
Arc-Tangent-
I'm most interested in snowboarding, but I'll be checking in on most of it. I really liked watching the last Summer Olympics, so I'm interested in this one. Edited February 7, 2014 by WhiteWalls7

KitsuneChaos
Sticking to watching the hockey games. With Men's hockey not starting until the 12th, I started with watching Women's US vs Finland last night (3 AM); US beat Finland 3-1. Woke up to watch Canada finish off Switzerland 5-0.
Sliq85
The USA vs Canada Women's hockey game should be good since their games against other teams haven't been all that competitive. Canada's last game was competitive for two periods but once the third started, it was all Canada. It should be a good warmup til the Men start their games

Arc-Tangent-
too bad they don't broadcast the games live here in the US on NBC (I think they don't but I could be wrong) of course if you have Universal Sports you can watch them live I know they show them on NBC, MSNBC, CNBC, USA (which has been just hockey, from what I've seen), and NBC Sports Network. Not sure if any of those are live or not.

Arc-Tangent-
If you watch it during the night then it's not live for sure, same thing goes for the summer olympics. the only big LIVE events I know NBC or ABC broadcasts are the Superbowl and the World Cup Yeah, live is pretty tricky here, considering they're in Russia. A biiiit of a time difference....
Sliq85
I think you can watch the games live online but I'm not sure.
Arc-Tangent-
I think you can watch the games live online but I'm not sure. Yeah, they have a website to stream them, and it tells you all the news and stories and whatnot.

Chenardizzle
I have only been following the hockey (men and women's) and its been great so far! So happy to see Russia go medal-less in the men's. Curling I've watched a bit and I've seen a bunch of bobsledding, skiing and speed skating, but i don't pay much attention to that. Go Canada!
