Every 2 months a playable PTB no achievements just early access to play the new chapter, the PTB is only for steam players. Candyman has been speculated by fans for a long time, even for the upcoming 4th anniversary stream, the internet went wild over it due to the event’s esthetics, but it turned out it was teasing the Silent Hill chapter all along, with the number 4 having the same shape as Pyramid Head. The anti-tunnel system does make it a bit more difficult to get protection hits.
