Where can I get the "Game of the Year edition"?

I've platinumed this game twice with the editions:

 

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt - Complete Edition NA

 

I want to platinum it again with the edition:

 

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year edition

 

How do I find that one specifically in North America?  There was an edition on the PSN store I hadn't yet bought so I bought it but it was the edition for the regular, first one.  There was another I had already bought because it just said "Download" on PSN store and that was for the Complete Edition.  So yeah, where do I get the game of the year edition that will have the separate trophy list?  Available for download or do I buy it off Amazon or something?

I bought it on an EU PSN account when it was on sale(still need to actually play it). You can also buy a physical copy off of something like eBay or PlayAsia

myself i bought it on amazon. as skateak posted it's the PEGI Copy should be an 18 on the rating instead of MA.
