Marccap
I noticed recently that I have been added to a newly made guide as shown below: I had no knowledge or notification of this guide or even that I was added until I looked under the section "My Guides". Could there be an option to "Accept" or "Decline" yourself from a guide as I couldn't find a way to remove myself from this guide.Marccap

Marccap
The guide is "Not Published" so only mods and users attached to the guide can see it but its there
Wavergray
Ask the author to take you off the co-author list. That should take your name off the guide.
Marccap
Yer....They haven't signed on for over two weeks but the option to "Accept" or "Decline" should be added in my opinion as feedback which is more what I'm getting at Edited April 14, 2014 by Marccap
StrickenBiged
Can't you click "Guide Settings" button from within the guide editor and simply remove yourself?

skateak
Have you ever wrote a tip or make a video for the game? Maybe the author is crediting you but didn't let you know.
Wavergray
Well the only thing left you can do is ask one of the guide team mods to take you off the guide. There should be an option for co-authors to remove themselves from a guide, without the main author doing it. Maybe it will be added due to this incident. antithesis
I'll leave the "accept" "decline" stuff up to Sly, but in the meantime I've removed you from the guide marccap.
Sly Ripper
Messaging someone from the guide team will do for now, the feature would be used so rarely.
BlindMango
Yeppers, there definitely needs to be a "2.0 patch" in the future for certain guide improvements and fixes, nothing too urgent right now but I can see that kinda thing being needed eventually =P
