MRgreen55
Resident Evil: Revelations 2 will be an episodic affair starring Claire Redfield and Moira 'daughter of Barry' Burton. Having announced its plans for the game yesterday, Capcom has today launched a new trailer offering a tantalising in-game glimpse of what to expect. It looks like a murky and blood-soaked return to the horror roots of Resident Evil, but we'll reserve judgement until we actually get a proper look at the game. There's monsters, blood, bodies, dark and grimy corridors aplenty in the video, which is a good thing. Resident Evil: Revelations 2 will be releasing as four weekly episodes for $5.99 each and as a Complete Season with extra content for $24.99 in early 2015, before launching as a retail disc for $39.99. Resident Evil remaster is also set to release during the same window.
weeztha
Man RE Rev was underrated and a fun game. I'm Looking forward to this but releasing the game in episodes one week at a time is a huge turn off for me. That being said, I'll be waiting for all episodes to come out 1st before buying it and it better have a plat too! Kashiyuka
Looks fantastic. Also, YES to the return of Claire Redfield, about time she returned! Though, I'm still mulling over waiting for the physical release or getting them in episodes. I don't mind how Telltale does it, but I love Resident Evil so much I don't think I could wait a week for the next installment! Nonetheless, can't wait to see more! And Moira is so cute omg. Mr_Freaker
It's strange to release a weekly episode. Why not just sell it as a whole? Not like that one week in between will make them change stuff or upgrade. I'm very interested in RE games. Rumors are that this game will be coop from start to finish. If it's offline coop, it's an instant purchase for me.
