It's very likely they just put up the PS4 version on the list just in case they do release it on the system. There's still a chance it won't happen. If this ones not direct sequel story wise I'll play it It is pretty much a sequel. Not direct, but it's in the same alternate universe. Also, there is no glitched trophy in HF.
