With Xseed just because they haven't announced it doesn't mean a thing. It took some time after Memories of Celceta came out before it was announced for localization. And honestly with the fact that Xseed has localized every Ys game except V so far, and the lack of V is more the fact that it doesn't exactly have a version on a current system, I think Lacrimosa of Dana has a shot until Falcom stops making games for the Vita. Who knows, they could already have the license and be working on it and just not ready yet to even tease it. I'm too broke to get any more in the series though. I do want to eventually get the rest of the evo versions, but need a stable income first. After my experience with these games, I definitely want to get 3rd Evo, but I'll probably wait until at least the localized version comes out.
