Denvirus
Hi all - started a similar thread for the best PS4 horror games, but wanted to ask the community for some suggestions for horror shows or movies for this years Halloween! Some suggestions I can give are: American Horror Story: Roanoke - the series has been off for a few years, but this season is arguably the best yet (so far). Only ten episodes and the premise and scares have been top notch for the series. A couple of minor callbacks to previous seasons as easter eggs, but no prior viewing experience needed! American Horror Story: Murder House - obligatory recommendation for those who have never seen the show. Go back to the beginning and start. Stranger Things - a Netflix throwback to 80s horror tropes, definitely a fun, albeit short ride. Lights Out - this is the best horror film I have seen in a long, long time. Worth a view, I was scared from front to back. Any other suggestions? I have heard Channel Zero is pretty good, anyone seen it?
StarFang7
I just watched the Conjuring 2, it was pretty good. Others on my list would be: The Silence of the Lambs (1991) A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) Halloween (1978) The Evil Dead (1981) Scream (1996) Psycho (1960)

PREDRAG-K
I love all things Halloween, and actually just threw a Halloween movie marathon party on Saturday. Some of my favorites are older movies, with a couple good recent ones. But I feel like most modern horror movies are just using a tired formula. Anyway, my picks: Halloween (1978) The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) The Shining The Fourth Kind Rosemary's Baby (1968) The Evil Dead (1981) (The remake is actually pretty good too) It Follows Haven't seen too many newer ones. I did watch the new Blair Witch though, it was alright. As for shows, I don't really know too many. But Ghost Adventures is always fun to watch this time of year. It can be pretty dumb sometimes, but I enjoy it.
