The free DLC was just a couple of extra missions but the The First Blade DLC was a nice extra story line. Worthwhile the time I did spend on it. I finished the main campaign of Sniper Elite 4, still need to find some collectibles in the two overwatch missions. Then authentic mode awaits ? I per-ordered Borderlands 3, the Complete edition with all the DLC. Really looking forward to that game! I added .hack gu trails of cold steel 2 and god of war 1 and 2 for the vita. insanity for me 2 wasn't as bad as some ppl were telling me. now im gonna work on something that's already on my list or a new game not sure. The first being the jumpscares... this game is rife with them and it just is not that scary. Until Dawn had its share of scares but the threat of death was very real. Not so much here. The other problem lies in the multiplayer...there are not any servers so you need friends who own the game to get everything. While with this site that is not too big of a dealbreaker. I dislike trophies FORCING you to play a certain way in order to unlock them. Two trophies for max relationships cam only be acquired by playing online which sucks. In other gaming new, picking up Catherine Full Body tomorrow. You need coop for maxing relationships (3 trophies) which happens within the first true chapter of the game ? and then for getting through it in one sitting in coop. So three trophies total. Caju_94 Posted September 4, 2019 Share Posted September 4, 2019 (edited) After 3 weeks playing Digimon Next Order (and 40 hours of gameplay) I finally managed to beat the main story as well as the small post-game chapter 5. It was a really nice game, and it has still lots of post-game content for the platinum, so I guess I may stick around with this game while I'm still motivated because the platinum can be quite the grind. I also started playing Transistor (PS4) and Danganronpa 2 (Vita). At Transistor, I am probably halfway and as for Danganronpa 2 I am still at the beginning of Chapter 3. It was not so though as you would imagine, especially if you focus on the main objectives. It is a nice challenge, playing with no hud, no map that marks the objectives and of course wind playing a role when taking a shot. I need 2 more trophies for the platinum ; suriving 12 waves (i managed twice to get to wave 11 ? ) and total shot distance of 100Km . As DLC adds to the last one, that one will come automatically playing the DLC. Talking about DLC: finished Target Fuhrer. What a fun DLC! It is kind of Hitman in WWII, eliminating this uber nazi in many different ways. Killing him with a testicle shot was my favorite ? Darksiders 3 and Batman in the Plus will probably make my backlog list a bit longer. Picked up Man of Medan but waiting to finish it until I've completed my 125th platinum of either KHBBS or FF9 Catherine: Full Body was a must buy as the PS3 version was incredibly fun and challenging on the hardest difficulty and this brings new puzzles and new endings. Just grabbed Borderlands 3 as the Season Pass came with the game this time and the games are always fun, plus my friend got it as well so I can run through the game in a team for once. My partner wanted me to get Link's Awakening but I know I'm gonna play it so I have included it in my backlog as well. Finally I have DarkSiders Genesis pre-ordered. No official release date but I'm including it for completeness sake. I might start to have a little bit of fun with Island Mode to unlock more trophies and grind a little bit for the platinum while I'm still motivated to it. I also started playing Yakuza Kiwami and I am currently on Chapter 6 out 12, even though I'm dedicating myself to a lot of sidequests. It looks and plays like a game ported directly from the PC. You play as a down on his luck PI that is suffering from horrible nightmares that he keeps at bay with alcohol and sleeping pills. Mr. Pierce is given a job he can't refuse: travel to Blackwater and find out the truth behind a womans apparent murder suicide in a house fire. Once on the island, Pierce finds himself embroiled in a large conspiracy where he begins to loose touch with reality. While not much different than the other first person point-and-click games I've played, perhaps my expectations were put too high as I was disappointed with the game in general. The storyline is boring and Pierce was pretty one dimensional as a character. Stuck in the sense that I am not even trying to finish them. Borderlands is so much fun and FIFA20 is the best in (many) years! BlazzingWind Posted October 23, 2019 Share Posted October 23, 2019 (edited) Plat - 126 Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice A short narrative story that has some beautifully crafted scenery and nuanced sound, but the combat and the story are where the game falls short of the mark. The fighting is gimicky and without a health bar, some of the fights just drag on. However, the length of the game is a benefit instead of a detractor to the enjoyment. It felt like the game was just the right length, but still managed to loose something in the final scenes where everything becomes symbolic. Not a game I would want to play through again as someone that has dealt with anxiety and depression, the game has some triggers that made me uncomfortable to be honest.
