Then swift solution will add one errand "1 Grand dad chair". Complete this errand, then his side quest to recruit him will pop up in swift solution exchange menu. I remember that I completed errands in DongDell to spawn him, as the SS-guy will say "Oh this NPC is in ths town and wants to talk to you".
