This is a great old skool platform style game and I really enjoyed it.

 

However it was not until the very last boss that I noticed you could just hold down the square button to spam the sword attacks rather than having to continually mash it. So now I have one plat more and RSI in my right thumb. No wonder it took me a few hours more to finish than everyone seemed to stating it did.

 

Did same thing on Sky Force but luckily found out early in that game you could hold down fire.

 

That's the trouble with being really old. Mashing buttons is just our way!

I feel your pain. When you only have one button growing up, you feel required to push it many, many, many times.

Haha, I only found this out accidentally. I enjoyed the game though, except the bosses weren't very exciting. And I finished the game with 6 weapons not unlocked, 1 armor not unlocked, and some bracelet and rings not unlocked, so I feel like there was a lot of wasted potential there and no motivation to go back and unlock stuff

Loved this game! And I shan't lie I only found this out around half way through it the first time I did it lols.

FYI to all - Devious Dungeon 2 is just as much fun and basically the same game mechanics.  Some of the trophies are a little different, but I equally enjoyed both NA versions, now working on the EU versions.
