Multiple platinums for the same game across different regions.

Hi there,

 

After looking at some of the users on here, I've noticed a lot of them have platinum's for the same game but across EU/US accounts.

 

I'm based in the EU and I have a US account as it's good for deals.

I just wanted to know how I can get my EU account to show US trophy lists?

 

For example, I have My Name is Mayo bought on both EU and US accounts but I can only get the EU trophy list on my EU account. It won't let me also get the US trophy list on my EU account?

I hope this makes sense?

 

I've seen loads of accounts on here that have the trophy lists for both regions meaning they have two platinum's for the same game.

 

Can anyone help me out?

When you buy a game with your US account depending if the game is region based it will have its on trophy list - if you are to play that game on your EU account you will be able to get the different region trophies.

 

to get both EU and example NA trophy lists you will need to buy both EU and NA versions of the game with the respected region account.

 

You also need to download each region of the game - not just download 1 region. for example if you have 2 my name is mayo games in your library (one EU & one NA)

 

edit: my name is mayo isn't multi region would be why.

It is only for certain games that have multiple region lists.

You can got any list on any account as long as you start the game on the account you want to get the trophy list on

 

for example you have a game with 3 regions like Super Destronaut DX

 

the account you use to play on got the list for the region you got the game from its that simple i hope you got the idea

 

if you want to know if the game has multiple regions search for it in games section here

You'll need to use a rather complicated trick to swap accounts on Vita.

Personally I wouldn't bother with this, but it's an option for those who want it.
