ScubaSam01 Posted April 4, 2019 Share Posted April 4, 2019 Alright so..... I went to complete this easy mission. I shoot him in the face, he dies, and the quest doesn't complete. Face McShooty is dead on the ground, yelling at me to shoot him. I can't talk to him or anything. If I try to re-enter the area, he is already dead, still yelling. I've tried restarting the game, and the console. Not sure what else to do, except for maybe completing the quest on someone else's game? This is also my last quest for Did it All, so it'd be pretty cool if I didn't have to do all of that again....... Anyone have any ideas? I can't seem to find anything online about this glitch. I have never heard of this mission glitching in all the years since BL2 first came out, which says to me the OP has just been insanely unlucky and hit a random glitch. Here are the various things you can do if this or any other mission goes pear-shaped and bugs out: 1: Restore a backup and reattempt the mission. 2: Find someone online who hasn't done it yet on that Playthrough. 3: Start Playthrough 2 or 3 and redo all the missions from scratch. 4: Reset your Playthrough if you're on Playthrough 3 and do it again. 5: The Nuclear option i.e start a new character from scratch. If it makes you feel better, I've got approx 1,500hrs logged in BL2 and never once had any missions bug out . Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
