franetic_ffm Posted November 23, 2021 Share Posted November 23, 2021 The Multiplier 10x and Heat Level 10 (without any police chase) can also be achieved right away at the beginning, in the Racer introduction section, by speeding, doing head-to-head races, etc. Just don't wreck your car, keep visiting Gas / Repair stations, and don't return to outpust until they've popped.
