While Fata Morgana is a wonderful visual novel that's about the only similarities it has with Raging Loop. To answer the question, I would try Higurashi and Umineko: When They Cry. They're only available on Vita and PS4 in Japanese with PC being the sole option for English but they're still marvelous VNs. Higurashi has a similar setting being set in a rural country town. These are very long VNs just so you know.
MMDE
Many visual novels are like this game, but you can find the time aspect and some of the "murder mystery" in Steins Gate? Which is a much better game (and series). The murder mystery stuff is found in many visual novels, but root letter is another example. Yeah, many just skip through these games for the trophies, but the story in Steins Gate is excellent, and it's rather good in Root Letter too. Another great visual novel, one which doesn't have as much murder mystery or horror, but more uuuh, cute girls, is Clannad. If you want a more RPG twist on things, and something more like the "paranoid" aspect, like what is found in the movie series "Cube", where you sort of have to play Cluedo with your party, then there's the game Lost Dimension. Rozalia1
I disagree with the notion that "many visual novels" are like Raging Loop, especially with those that have been listed in this thread. Virtue's Last Reward/Zero Time Dilemma fit the bill but your opening post implies you have already played them. 428: Shibuya Scramble fits how the game operates with the choices you could say to a degree. Gnosia fits really well but on PlayStation is only available in Japanese on the Vita, so you'll need to get the Switch version if you want it in English.
