They are having server issues that is preventing the patch from being pushed it. They have said it is all but ready to go but because of said issues this is hampering the ability to do so. You do have to feel sorry for small indie devs not having the same resources as bigger ones but unfortunately these things happen. Working in IT I see it all the time and these things can be unavoidable unfortunately.
