I went to Chrono Cross > Update History. Version 1.01 - Changed Pip's character progress design (Stats/Element Grid). - Implemented performance improvements and optimizations. - Fixed a number of minor issues. Katt Posted February 24, 2023 Share Posted February 24, 2023 I played a bit of the new patch and it's like night and day. Now every technical review is outdated. The only problem that I see now is that the game still struggles when you select an element (and you have a LV.8 grid full of elements). I went ahead and evolved my PIP to archangel form. Now he has the MAX stats for that form for the first time. I wish the other characters also had max status, lol. Now I have a (positively) glitched element grid for him and max stats. I suppose the best PIP is archangel blue/white innate with access to exclusive elements from both colors, right?
