Can anyone confirm the trophies autopop for PS5 version? 
 

after spending hours on his game and getting the platinum for PS4 I don’t want to do another unfair or sadistic run. Wouldn’t mind trying the DLC’s

If you look at the 2 platinum achievers for Ps5 they all seem to autopop if you still have your Ps4 saves.

Can you transfer saves between PS4 and PS5? I'm a decent bit into an unfair playthrough on my PS4-save and I don't really wanna do it all again hehe.

If you have PS Plus just use PS Plus cloud storage to download your save to the PS5 otherwise you can use USB stick the save is compatible with PS5 version.
