I remember I watched a couple of episodes when I was younger and I don't see how it would fit into these times. TV has gone down a lot in recent years. I don't think they would be able to capture audiences like the original, by all means let them try. Watched all the seasons from netflix few months ago and i gotta say that it's the best show i've ever watched and watched through all episodes.
