Precise--Rhythm
Infernal mode has to be the most difficult gameplay I've ever come across in my life. 4X the enemys 1/2 the ammo and heals All of the enemies take more hits. I can't do it. It's too much. Please, if anyone has any hints please share them below.
Gwendly
Did you start it in infernal mode as your first playthrough? Typically I try to go for the hardest difficulty for anything that stacks but for Revelations I think it's better to start on a lower difficulty as your upgrades carry over between playthroughs so your weapon etc deal more damage. Yup, you can start the game in Easy or Normal mode then complete it. After that the game will ask you to create a clear save data. Load this clear save data then select higher difficulty mode for next play through. In case you want to be OP in Infernal mode (Jill's episodes only), just play it in Easy to collect all available weapons and parts, then play it again in Normal mode to collect more ammo and same rare parts again, make sure save Rocket Launcher for next playthrough. With those weapons, parts, and ammo you can beat Infernal mode easily. The only thing you have to worry is the side stories since nothing is carried over from previous play through. Revelations was just a stupid grind fest for me the only trophy that stopped me from platinum was the 10,000 kills on ps3
Uchiha_Snake__
Dude play Devil May Cry HD (NA) on Dante Must Die difficult and you will come back to Revelations infernal mode cryng after the first boss ? I plat the PS3 version, I recomend you not to kill every enemy you come across, try to evade as many as posibly and when a fight is inevitable aim for the head and use as much knife and kicks as you can, also Infernal mode enemies aren't even half of strong as the raid mode enemies you will find in the ghost ship, those are serious bussines tho... be adviced if you're goind for the plat ?

I just finished it. For anyone having trouble I would suggest going into raid mode and praticing. You learn alot more about the game from praticing there--enemy behavior, weak points etc.
Popular Post fbdbh
Some tips from my PS3 run: Play through normal for collectibles (handprints, no death, research, etc.) Don't use up rocket launcher on normal, save up most of your magnum ammos (try to kill Norman with shotgun and assault rifle) Start infernal in NG+ If you know when an episode ends, don't use your herb, even if you're damaged, you'll start the next section with full health Scan for items and scan enemies for extra herbs Again, if you know the levels from your normal playthrough, you should aim for the checkpoints without really killing, except for enemies that are reaaaally in your way Don't let the first level of Infernal scare you, it's kind of filled with monsters because the game wants to deplete your ammo. The game will provide enough supplies after each checkpoint, don't be tense about it. Run ahead to see the severity of the situation, then reload checkpoint for a more smoother run. Headshots matter. Melee attacks matter. I never had to use my knife/axe except for a few tight situations with Parker's levels When playing as Chris or the hip hop hacker dudes, scan enemies, but don't let it reach 100%, I think the scan values carry over to Jill. She needs the herbs more, all separate levels will provide enough supplies for that level if you keep your cool. Yes, doing raid mode helps a bit with reflexes and weak point knowledge, also level knowledge. Infernal is very doable, I'm not very skilled and still managed to do it. With Norman, learn his patterns, there's an attack where you need to stand still, and there's the part when he copies himself, just shoot the one with the purple cloud. First I thought he's an impossible boss, but you can learn his patterns. Use shotgun in his first phase, then switch to assault rifle or handgun. Magnum seems to be less effective for some reason. I think the assault rifle's DPS is better, and killing him faster is better. Also, it's a fairly short game. Infernal will try to scare you, overwhelm you, but the key is to stay calm.
JiII-Valentine--
I used a weapon part called 'charge shot' on my machine gun so I would charge each individual bullet every time I fired at the enemy.
