The goal of this thread is to collaborate in getting trophy tips to help each other out. I'm not in the position to make a guide (yet) because I lack some information but I hope this thread will take care of that.

 

Basic info:

- There are no missable trophies except for a trophy glitch described in another thread.

- Unlock a level in the "levels" menu by beating it once. 

- Unlock time trial for a level by rescuing every survivor in the level.

 

Most miscellaneous trophies will be earned while progressing through the game.

 

Miscellaneous trophies:

:bronze: Suicide Squad

Die by your own mistakes. Easily earned in the first level. 

 

:bronze: I will always love you

Die just after saving a Splasher.

 

:bronze: Epic Fail

Die just after you let a Splasher die. Find a Splasher, push him to his dead and jump after him.

 

:bronze: It's not me Mario !

Try to jump on any enemy and die. Easily done in level 1.

 

:bronze: Hodor

Let yourself get squashed by a door which can be controlled by spraying a fan with ink. Can be done in the first level. 

 

:bronze: Hard to master

Die 20 times.

 

:bronze: Oooops !

Kill your first Splasher.

 

:bronze: Slayer

Kill 20 Splashers.

 

:bronze: Friendly Fire

Let an enemy kill another enemy. Try to find 2 enemies with acid shot.

 

:bronze: Two foes one cut

Kill 2 enemies with a single laser shot. Easily done in level 14 in the laser cart.

 

:bronze: Die Potatoes

Kill x amount of enemies.

 

:bronze: Squadalaaa !

Kill x amount of enemies.

 

:bronze: Laser Game

Kill x amount of enemies with lasers.

 

:bronze: Slicer

Kill x amount of enemies with saws.

 

:bronze: Splash Damage

Kill x amount of enemies by dropping them into the acid.

 

:bronze: PETA

Spray red ink on x amount of enemies.

 

:bronze: Equilibrium

Can be obtained after completing level 1 inside the inkorp hall. Go to the blue striped markings on the wall with a fan platform above it. Stand on the platform and pray water into the fan. Try to stay there for ~5sec.
 

:bronze: Juggler

You can earn this trophy by juggling an enemy with bounce ink. You have to juggle the enemy for about ~3 seconds. A good level for this trophy is level 15.

 

:bronze: I'll be back

For this trophy you need to spray 699 gold into the drop shaped canister at the end of the level and finish the level. I think you can collect more than 699 gold as long as you don't spray more than 699 gold into the canister. 

 

:bronze: Tinkerbell

Ring the bell inside the Inkorp Hall till it gives a new dialogue. Just spray the bell next to level 1 with any ink. You will hear some kind of scream before the trophy pops.

 

:bronze: Tinder

Collide 2 survivors. Find 2 survivors close to each other (level 14) and try to knock them closer with bounce ink. Once they are touching each other you will earn the trophy.

 

:bronze: Ethan Hunt

Jump at the last second to dodge a blue laser. This can be done with the blue lasers inside the Inkorp Hall.

 

:silver: Yellow men can't jump

Don't hit the jump :cross: button! Jump by spraying bounce ink onto the floor or ceiling. You are able to die while going for the trophy. Level 15 is a good level to earn it on.

 

:silver: Mark Of The Ninja

Complete a level in standard mode without dying. Easily be done on level 1 while knowing the speedrun route.

 

Story related trophies:

:bronze: Just Add Water

:bronze: Philanthropist

:bronze: World Of Reddish Goo

:bronze: Bounce Baby Bounce

:bronze: Striker

:bronze: You see us rollin' - Watch the credits again from within the Inkorp Hall. The credit warp is found below the final level.

:silver: Biohazard

:silver: Freedom Fighter

 

Speedrun trophies:

:bronze: New Challenger

:bronze: Selfish Runner

:bronze: Old school Runner

:bronze: Rookie Speedrunner

:bronze: Bronze Runner

:silver: Promising Challenger

:silver: Serious Challenger

:silver: Promising Speedrunner

:silver: Ninja Runner

:silver: Silver Runner

:silver: Golden Runner

:gold: The Very Best Runner

:gold: True Speedrunner

:gold: I am a legend

Nice, here’s a little more info.

 

“Hard to master”

- Die 20 times

 

“I will always love you”

- Die just after saving a Splasher

 

“Oooops!”

- Kill a Splasher

 

“Squadalaaa!”

- Kill x amount of enemies

 

”Laser Game”

- Kill x amount of enemies with lasers

Also, Tinkerbell isn’t a specific number of rings. You just need to ring it at a certain point to unlock it, along with a new dialogue line iirc. Completely RNG based.

For :bronze: PETA & :bronze: Splash Damage I looked at my trophy images but I don't know exactly what I did.

 

For PETA I shot an enemy with red ink and then with yellow ink into the acid.

For Splash Damage I was speedrunning level 1 and suddenly a Potatrooper drowned into the acid.

Splash damage is for pushing x amount of blue enemies into acid with bounce ink. PETA is for using stick ink on x amount of blue enemies. These will both come naturally while going for the plat.

 

Sorry these are a bit vague, when I have some time I might test out the actual number of enemies you need to do these actions with. Either way, ones labelled with “x” don’t need to be farmed and should come within the first playthrough without needing to go out your way too much.

Not too sure, maybe a 7.5. It’s been a while but I don’t recall it being overly hard, just needs thorough practice.

You got an impressive profile... Super Meatboy and Wolfenstein 2 100% :o
I think I can see myself pulling my hair out with Splasher... but I'll buy it now you said that :)

Awesome, it’s a great game with great responsive devs. If you have any questions feel free to ask me, I know the game pretty much inside out. :P

“I am Legend” requires you to beat the IL’s and all 3 speedrun modes with a Platinum time. Ninja runner has to be on a speedrun mode too. Make sure you do Selfish for the easiest time with it.

I'm thinking about buying this game on sale ASAP, this is really 7.5/10? It looks worse than Super Meat Boy because of Ninja Runner trophy for beating the game without dying.

I found it harder than SMB. Deathless isn’t that bad, the 100% and advanced runs were more difficult from my experience.
