No platinum yet?

Hey guys i had the intention to start this game but as i can see no one have obtained the platinum in NA & EU yet. The only trophies at 0.00% are the collectible one. There is some sort of bug? or maybe the trophies are extremely hard and time consuming?

Yes, it is time consuming. The main game itself takes 50+ hours depending on difficulty and side quests done. Post-game there's a 100 floor dungeon with a puzzle for each floor. Finally, you have to collect every skill and item in the game, both of which are exclusively RNG dependent. Personally, I gave up for now on floor 68 of the dungeon because no matter what I tried I just couldn't solve the puzzle even with online's help. As well, I've heard (but can't claim) that one or two skills are bugged and no matter how hard one tries they can't unlock them, probably just shit RNG. There's also early game glitches/oversights that prevent a player from obtaining an astral for that save file. I'd suggest getting it on Vita if you can so you can grind post-game during the small free times of the work/school day instead of using your relaxing hours at home. It's also not that great of a game to begin with. Was excited for it because the people behind El Shaddai were making it but it just didn't deliver. If you have played El Shaddai, Enoch is in the game as an astral and you get him quite early and he is a powerhouse.

The platinum is unobtainable for players of the NA and EU versions of The Lost Child. There’s no official statement on the issue given by NISA, so as far as speculations and guesswork go, it seems to be because these 2 versions could be missing the latest patch that made the platinum obtainable for players of the JP version. Edit: could be a different issue that occurred during insertion of the translated text, for all I know. The file structure of the NA version of the game looks different from that of the JP base game plus most recent update.

Platinum trophy may now be obtainable. As of writing this, there’re still no platinum achievers and a Guinea pig is needed for confirmation.

Ahaha that's cool, unfortunately I have the Milestone so I can't play this game now, we have to find another Guinea pig

100% skills at least is confirmed to be unlocking post-patch as people have gotten it post-patch on the EU and NA version.

Just considering buying this as it’s on a sale and I’m running out of good vita games...can I take it that the platinum on the VITA EU version is now obtainable without hacks and such? I can see people now have the plat so I’m presuming so. Confirmation would be nice.
